    Pan Am '99 - Bailey Announces Participation

    WINNIPEG, Canada (Donovan Bailey WWWsite) -- In Winnipeg today, during a press conference, Donovan announced that he will be partcipating in the 1999 Pan American Games.

    Over 5000 athletes from 42 countries will be participating in what will be the third largest multi-sport event ever in North America.
