Do I Need A NetSpace1 Professional E-Mail Account?

If you are someone with any of the following characteristics then you should seriously consider a NetSpace1 E-mail Account.

PayPal is the authorized payment processor for NetSpace1 and a very popular, easy, and secure method of sending and receiving money on the Internet.

On The PayPal Form It Asks For Billing Address Information. Will You Be Sending Me Anything Via Snail Mail?

On the PayPal form, billing address is requested. Obviously, we will not be shipping you anything via snail mail since it is an email account you are ordering. However PayPal does require this information for your account.

After I Submit My Order, When Will My Account Be Activated?

Please allow 1-3 days for your account to be setup. Once your account has been activated, you will receive your Activation Letter with easy instructions for using your new NetSpace1 E-Mail Account. You may then use your account once you have received your Activation Letter.

I've Ordered My E-Mail Account, But I Do Not Know My Password.

Your account will not be ready for you to use until you receive your Activation Letter.

Your Activation Letter will include your NetSpace1 Password and easy instructions for using your new NetSpace1 E-Mail Account. You may change your password at any time.

Do You Have A NO SPAM Policy?

Yes. By submitting your order for a NetSpace1 account you are hereby agreeing to our NO SPAM policy whereby this account will not be used for Bulk Mailing or Unsolicited E-Mail. Either directly or indirectly. NetSpace1 reserves the right to deactivate any account at our discretion without notice.

Do You Allow Bulk Mailing?

Bulk mailing is strictly prohibited and violates our No Spam Policy.

What E-Mail Software Can I Use To Check My E-Mail?

You may use any email software of your choice to send and receive your mail including Eudora, MS Outlook, and Netscape.

Can I Check My Mail From Any Computer?

Yes. You may check your mail using any email software on any computer with an Internet connection.

How Fast Is The Internet Connection Of My Account?

2 T-3 connections to the Internet from different backbone providers are utilized. One T-3 can transfer about 45 million bits per second, versus a 33.6 modem which transfers at most 33.6 thousand bits per second.

I Send/Receive An Unusual Amount Of E-Mail. Am I Able To Have A NetSpace1 Account?

NetSpace1 E-Mail Accounts are intended for the average home and business user who sends and receives a few to a few dozen messages on a daily basis. We want the server to run at a capacity that will benefit all of our customers. If you send or receive an unusual amount of email, please contact us to inquire if our service is right for you.

Are There Any Message Limits?

Some companies put a restriction on the number of messages sitting in your mailbox. What if you have been unable to check your mail for any given period of time? You can have as many messages sitting in your mailbox as you want though we do recommend that you download your mail regularly. As far as file size limits are concerned, we do not have any set limit. However, our accounts are intended for regular use therefore discretion is advised. We gaurantee 5 MB of storage per mailbox.

Your NetSpace1 E-Mail Account has no restrictions to the number of messages sent to you. The only set restriction is the file size of a single email message. The system may reject single messages larger than 3 MBs. E-Mail is not designed for attachments of this size and so any number of servers on the way from one system to the next may bounce such a large message. If you have 2 messages totaling 3 MB in file size, they will not be rejected. This pertains to a single message only.
